This Billing Policy explains when and how you pay for an order from Borders Cookware. Every order is paid in cash on delivery.
When Payment Is Due
You are not charged anything when you place your order. The full order total is paid in cash when your order is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready, as the driver may not be able to give change.
Confirmations and Receipts
Soon after you check out, we email you an order confirmation, which also serves as your receipt.
Price Changes
If a product’s price drops or a promotion starts after you have ordered, we cannot adjust the price of your existing order.
Payment Queries and Disputes
If you have a question about an amount you paid on delivery, contact us with your order number. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
