We have made paying for your Borders Cookware order as straightforward and safe as possible. Every order is paid in cash on delivery, so you never need to share card details with us.
A Protected Checkout
borderscookware.uk uses SSL encryption, so the details you enter at checkout (your name, address, email and phone number) are protected as they travel to us. We do not accept card payments online.
How You Can Pay
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the full order total in cash when your order is handed to you, so please have the exact amount ready.
Paying at Your Door
Payment is collected when your order is delivered. Nothing is taken when you place your order, and checkout will never ask for card or bank details.
Keeping Your Details Safe
Borders Cookware will never ask for card numbers, security codes, online banking logins or other sensitive financial details by phone, email, text message or any other channel. If you receive a request like this that claims to come from us, do not reply, and contact us to check.
Your Order Confirmation
Shortly after you order, we email you a confirmation with a summary of your purchase. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team.
Refunds
As orders are paid in cash on delivery, approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to a UK account in the name of the person who placed the order. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the full process.
Preventing Fraud
We use standard checks to protect our customers and our business. Orders that look suspicious may be delayed, cancelled or need extra verification before we dispatch them.
